About The Position
Get Well is looking to add a Head of AI to our growing team. The ideal candidate will effectively apply their deep AI and ML knowledge to inform the development and delivery of products across the Get Well portfolio. Through their in-depth knowledge of the unique needs and challenges facing healthcare providers, this candidate will partner closely with internal product and engineering teams to ensure Get Well's products continuously evolve to stay ahead of the demands of an increasingly dynamic and complex healthcare market. This leader will apply AI to product design and development, embracing and leveraging evolving AI technologies and collaborating with engineering and product teams to create disruptive AI products that deliver surplus value to patients, providers and caregivers. The ideal candidate will lead by example - effectively collaborating across the organization while also sitting side by side with their team to solve complex problems and develop products in an innovative, agile, fast-paced way.
