Responsibilities

  • Present and sell ideas internally and to clients confidently and enthusiastically.
  • Write solid, intelligent, brand-appropriate creative pieces in various communication forms for different audiences.
  • Solve strategic and creative issues with clients to enhance their confidence in the agency.
  • Provide strong direction and mentorship to multiple writers, aligning with the company's core values.
  • Understand assigned brands, indications, therapeutic implications, and competition, while researching relevant trends.
  • Contribute strategically to the long-term vision of the brand internally and with clients.

Requirements

  • Must have excellent presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple pieces of business with extensive direct-to-physician experience.
  • Possess excellent mentoring skills.
  • Portfolios should demonstrate strong conceptual abilities, standout creative thinking, and exceptional writing skills in produced work.
  • Must be team-oriented and demonstrate solid leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
