In the role of Vice President of Business Development, you will be responsible for securing and maintaining new Managed Service Program agreements. This senior-level position requires a consultative sales approach to cultivate relationships with client decision-makers. You will need to have a deep understanding of the healthcare staffing industry and be able to identify and pursue opportunities for potential partnerships. Your expertise will be crucial in driving volume and growth to meet performance targets by generating demand and ensuring accurate placement execution. As a key member of our team, you will cultivate and expand strategic client relationships, identify potential partner targets that can build new revenue opportunities and service lines, and serve as a subject matter expert for the service lines across all accounts. You will handle the sales pipeline and resources to support volume growth, conduct outbound sales activities, and visit clients as needed. Establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships with third-party entities will also be a significant part of your role, as you work to increase AMN service offerings' market share.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and expand strategic client relationships.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree plus 10+ years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 12+ years of work experience.
  • Experience in healthcare staffing and sales.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary ranging from $148,000 to $185,000 based on experience, training, education, and location.
  • Potential for additional compensation such as bonus or commission.
