Premium Retail Services is seeking a Vice President of Business Development to join our dynamic team in Bentonville, Arkansas. Your ability to prepare and present high-impact client presentations will be crucial in developing compelling proposals based on RFP requirements. In this role, you will manage project workflows and timelines effectively, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time. You will leverage your strong project management skills to translate data analysis into actionable business strategies, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Your entrepreneurial spirit and industry expertise will be essential in closing deals and building a robust sales pipeline. We are looking for a leader who can motivate and influence teams, demonstrating excellent storytelling and presentation skills while maintaining an analytical mindset with attention to detail. Responsibilities

  • Drive new client lead generation and business opportunities.
  • Achieve predefined new business goals through strategic sales plans.
  • Prepare and present high-impact client presentations.
  • Analyze RFP requirements and develop compelling proposals.
  • Manage project workflows and timelines effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • 10+ years of successful RFP proposal generation and business development.
  • Proven track record in multi-million-dollar sales development.
  • Project management experience from inception through transition.
  • Previous experience in Retail, CPG, and/or manufacturing sectors.
