About the position

The VP of Business Development at Premium Retail Services is responsible for driving new client lead generation and business opportunities while achieving predefined business goals through strategic sales plans. This role involves preparing and presenting high-impact client presentations, analyzing RFP requirements, and managing project workflows effectively. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners to foster a culture of empowerment, inclusivity, and responsibility within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new client lead generation and business opportunities.
  • Achieve predefined new business goals through strategic sales plans.
  • Prepare and present high-impact client presentations.
  • Analyze RFP requirements and develop compelling proposals.
  • Manage project workflows and timelines effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • 10+ years of successful RFP proposal generation and business development.
  • Proven track record in multi-million-dollar sales development.
  • Project management experience from inception through transition.
  • Previous experience in Retail, CPG, and/or manufacturing sectors.
