About the position

As the VP of Business Development at CREtelligent, you will be responsible for developing and signing profitable new business while expanding the customer base. This role involves leveraging a dedicated team of Client Success Managers and Project Managers to deliver innovative solutions in commercial real estate due diligence. You will play a crucial role in driving the business forward by utilizing your strong network and existing client relationships in the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and sign profitable new business contracts.
  • Grow the customer base with support from Client Success Managers and Project Managers.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal experts to provide comprehensive due diligence solutions.
  • Drive strategic selling initiatives to enhance business growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in selling due diligence solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proven track record in strategic selling and business development.
  • Existing client relationships in commercial real estate due diligence.
  • Ability to effectively schedule and manage time.

Nice-to-haves

  • Background in selling CRE due diligence into lenders.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
