This includes responsibility for clinical departments, program management, clinical outreach, quality assurance, and process improvement. The CAO will play a crucial role in ensuring that these services are delivered effectively and efficiently, contributing to the overall mission of healing people, promoting health, and strengthening communities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide vision and leadership to the organization.
  • Ensure alignment of key constituency groups with the Strategic Operating Plan (SOP).
  • Oversee operations and management of assigned functions under the Regional President's direction.

  • Ensure quality assurance and process improvement across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in a related field; master's degree preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare delivery and operations.
  • 7-10 years of healthcare leadership experience, including responsibility for clinical departments and program management.
