About the position

The Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) at Aspirus Rhinelander Hospital plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategic vision and leadership of the organization. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in a related field; master's degree preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience in healthcare administration, business administration, and leadership training.
  • Experience in financial management and lean methodology.
  • Strong understanding of customer service methods and strategic planning.
  • Effective communication skills and employee engagement expertise.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare delivery, operations, and financial management practices.
  • 7-10 years of healthcare leadership experience, including responsibility for clinical departments and program management.
