About the position

The Lead Business Analyst will collaborate with the Chief of Staff for Technology and the Cross Technology and Business Enablement Services Function to implement strategies that enhance operational excellence within the Technology organization. This role involves executing strategic plans through project and program management, ensuring effective communication, and fostering relationships with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support in setting the strategic direction and execution of processes and frameworks that support ongoing operations and simplification across Technology.
• Execute on special projects owned by the Chief of Staff to Technology and/or the Cross Technology and Business Enablement Services function.
• Partner with business functional areas within Technology and/or key Partners to define, document, and implement standardized processes and procedures.
• Identify key project risks and manage them to resolution or escalate accordingly.
• Provide communication support to business functions within Technology, ensuring effective communication that meets organizational needs.
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and key partners.
• Execute against multiple contending priorities simultaneously, leveraging program and project management fundamentals to set and adhere to clear objectives and timelines.
• Prepare or contribute to presentations and execution-related information for Senior Leadership, Regulators, Board Members, and C-Suite Executives.
• Drive administrative, operational, reporting, and quality improvements through partnership with internal teams.
• Conduct analyses to drive further insights and promote continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• 6-10 years' experience in a relevant field.
• Extremely organized, motivated, and a self-starter.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to facilitate discussions.
• Ability to quickly grasp and master new concepts and related product/functional knowledge.
• Strong team player with relationship management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative.
