About the position

The VP, Chief of Staff at Herbalife will support the Chief Digital Technology Officer (CDTO) in managing key operational and strategic functions within the digital technology department. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficiency of technology initiatives, driving strategic growth, and facilitating the company's digital transformation efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate key initiatives and projects as designated by the CDTO, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Streamline and govern day-to-day operational processes within the CDTO's domain.
  • Act as a primary liaison between the CDTO and other team members, facilitating communication and partnership.
  • Work closely with Digital & Technology and Business executives to prioritize strategic technology decisions.
  • Provide comprehensive support to the CDTO in decision-making processes, including preparation of briefs and reports.
  • Ensure strategic objectives of the CDTO are communicated and understood within the team.
  • Oversee the planning process for the Digital & Technology organizations, aligning with Herbalife's priorities.
  • Supervise resource capacity management to optimize team performance.
  • Lead day-to-day portfolio operations to ensure timely and quality delivery of programs and projects.
  • Manage Digital & Technology vendor relationships and procurement processes.
  • Develop and manage budget allocation for digital transformation initiatives.
  • Establish governance processes for compliance with internal policies and regulations.
  • Regularly report on financial performance and progress in digital transformation.
  • Oversee Digital & Technology talent lifecycle management in partnership with HR.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Digital & Technology.
  • 7+ years of experience leading and developing technology teams.
  • Experience in a similar role within the technology industry or fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills for collaboration across departments.
  • Experience in financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Analytical mindset focused on data-driven decision-making.
  • Strategic problem solver anticipating future challenges and opportunities.
  • Proficiency in project management and financial analysis software.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree in business administration, technology management, or a related field.
