About The Position

The Vice President of Community Services at Lenbrook Square Foundation Inc. is responsible for overseeing key operational areas such as safety and security, concierge services, facilities management, and emergency response. Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in business, administrative or related field.
  • 10 years of experience in hospitality, building operations, or consumer services, preferably in senior living or similar communities.
  • Minimum of 3 years at the senior management or executive level in a company of similar or larger size.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects and achieve results.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, implementation, operation, and evaluation of Community Services initiatives aligned with Lenbrook's goals.
  • Develop and execute strategies for ongoing performance improvement and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Direct and manage resource allocation for capital and expensed projects to ensure quality and timeliness.
  • Establish vendor relationships for repair and supply services, ensuring compliance with standards.
  • Implement best practices in preventative and predictive maintenance.
  • Monitor maintenance expenses and approve major equipment purchases according to policies.
  • Submit key reports to leadership on quality indicators and performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and standards, including OSHA, HIPAA, and CMS regulations.
  • Oversee staff performance and ensure appropriate training and development.
  • Manage the development and maintenance of security systems and community cleanliness inspections.
