About the position

The VP of Consumer Digital Products at Synchrony is responsible for leading the product management of the CareCredit consumer self-service platform and payment portal. This role focuses on enhancing the user experience and driving revenue growth through analytics and functionality improvements. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid background in product management, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional digital consumer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Product management for the consumer self-service platform and payment portal
• Act as product owner for three dedicated agile teams
• Clarify business needs and translate requirements into UI/UX
• Convert business requirements into technical stories and acceptance criteria in JIRA
• Work with teams to design, prioritize, build, and test new features/functionality
• Identify market needs and propose new functionality based on competitive research and analytics
• Establish and manage relevant digital reporting and metrics
• Understand consumer and digital marketing trends and best practices in UX and development
• Interface with cross-functional departments to define and track key performance indicators
• Manage relationships and budgets with agencies and third-party vendors
• Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma/GED with 11+ years of Digital Project/Product Management experience in financial services or healthcare
• 7+ years of Digital Project/Product Management experience
• 2+ years of project management experience, preferably Agile/IT Project Management

Nice-to-haves

• Experience marketing financial services and/or healthcare products via digital channels
• Training in scaled agile framework (SAFe) and/or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification
• Demonstrated project and product management skills with strong attention to detail
• Familiarity with current digital design standards and user experiences
