The VP will focus on increasing unaided brand awareness, positive sentiment, organic traffic, earned media value, customer stories, and event success. The ideal candidate will blend creativity with analytics, possess strong intuition, executive presence, and impeccable judgment, and drive teams towards desired outcomes efficiently. As an agile marketer, the VP will ensure the team operates effectively and produces exceptional content that aligns with Accolade's brand values and goals. The role requires bringing modernization and innovation to strategies while maintaining a high standard of excellence. Key responsibilities include developing and leading the overall communications and brand strategy in alignment with company goals, owning the company-level messaging framework, creating compelling content strategies informed by SEO and revenue analytics, overseeing PR initiatives, leading the marketing department in creating authentic customer stories, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure consistency in messaging and branding. The VP will also utilize data and analytics to measure the impact of communication efforts and make thoughtful, data-driven decisions, while leading a team of mid-career individuals with critical skill sets in content creation, digital media, social media, PR, communications, design, brand, and webinars.
