About the position

The VP Cybersecurity Engineering is a pivotal role within Advantage Solutions, responsible for the development, implementation, and monitoring of a strategic and comprehensive enterprise cybersecurity program. This position is crucial in ensuring that the organization's cybersecurity posture is robust and resilient against emerging threats, thereby safeguarding the enterprise IT environment. The VP will lead efforts to identify, assess, and mitigate security risks, ensuring that the organization is well-prepared to respond to potential cybersecurity incidents. In this role, the VP Cybersecurity Engineering will provide vision and leadership necessary to manage security risks effectively. This includes establishing security policies, standards, and procedures that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements. The VP will work closely with various stakeholders across the organization to ensure that cybersecurity initiatives are integrated into the overall business strategy. This position requires a dynamic leader who possesses a deep understanding of cybersecurity engineering practices, regulatory requirements, and risk management strategies. The VP will also be responsible for fostering a culture of security awareness within the organization, ensuring that all employees understand their role in maintaining cybersecurity. This includes leading training and awareness programs, as well as staying abreast of the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies to continuously improve the organization's security posture.
