About the position

As a product leader at OneMain, you will be responsible for enhancing the financial well-being of customers through innovative digital products and experiences. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytics, and empathy to lead a team in delivering creative solutions that meet business objectives while improving customer engagement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a product vision that aligns with the company's financial goals and drives customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Encourage customer engagement with digital features and experiences online and in the mobile app.
  • Uncover customer motivations and provide solutions to remove friction in their interactions with products.
  • Create a roadmap of innovative ideas and seamless journeys for customer engagement.
  • Partner with Marketing to define a digital cross-sell acquisition strategy that maximizes growth.
  • Collaborate with Operations to shift costly interactions to digital self-service options.
  • Develop a strategic product vision for an integrated omni-channel solution.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, and Marketing to ensure alignment and execution across launches.
  • Utilize data to inform product development and validate hypotheses through experimentation.
  • Communicate updates, risks, and progress to team members and senior leadership.
  • Build and evolve a high-performing team of product managers.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience working on successful digital consumer products, preferably at high scale companies.
  • At least 4 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in launching new products, features, or experiences.
  • Ability to create a product vision and align it across teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer obsession and a drive to deliver constant value.
  • Experience in solving complex analytical problems and executing solutions.
  • Hands-on experience in the digital product development process.
