About the position
The Data/Information Management Senior Manager is responsible for leading professional teams and departments, integrating subject matter expertise within a defined area. This role requires a deep understanding of how various areas work together to achieve the overall objectives of the function. The Senior Manager will oversee the quality, volume, and timeliness of deliverables, and may also be involved in planning, budgeting, and policy formulation. The position demands strong communication and diplomacy skills to influence and guide colleagues and external customers effectively.
Responsibilities

- Contribute to standards and objectives of the entire function.
- Oversee volume, quality, timeliness, and delivery of results.

Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in Retail banking or Mortgage.
- Experience with SAS and Big Data.
- Proficiency in Tableau and Python.
- Experience developing and implementing analytical strategies.
- Knowledge of consumer financial services regulatory environment.
- Track record of analytics innovation and data science.
- In-depth understanding of financial service business models.
- Expert knowledge of advanced statistical techniques.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
