Our Platform Engineering Team is working to solve the Multiplicity Problem. We are trusted by some of the most reputable and established FinTech Firms. Recently, our team has spearheaded the Conversion & Go Live of apps which support the backbone of the Financial Trading Industry. We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps & Cloud Enablement Manager who will be responsible for driving the adoption and implementation of DevOps practices and cloud technologies across the organization. This role will oversee the CI/CD processes, automation technologies, virtualization, resiliency strategies, and observability to enhance application performance and cost efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background and experience in managing cloud environments. We are looking for Engineers who can lead the development and standardization of CI/CD pipelines to ensure consistent and reliable software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Drive the adoption and implementation of DevOps practices and cloud technologies across the organization.
• Oversee the CI/CD processes and automation technologies to enhance application performance.
• Manage virtualization technologies and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.
• Develop and standardize CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or similar.
• Utilize automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation, and set standards for their use.
• Design and implement solutions to enhance the resiliency of applications and infrastructure.
• Enhance observability practices to monitor application performance and integrate FinOps practices for effective application costing and budget management.

Requirements

• Strong engineering background with experience in managing cloud environments.
• Experience in designing and implementing standardized CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or similar.
• Proficiency in automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation.
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, KVM) and their application to improve operational efficiency.
• Expertise in designing and implementing solutions to enhance the resiliency of applications and infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) and FinOps practices.
