About the position

The Vice President, Digital Commerce Americas at Crocs is a pivotal role that reports directly to the Head of Global Digital Commerce. This position is responsible for overseeing the digital commerce strategy within the Americas, which is Crocs' largest region, generating approximately $500 million in net digital sales across various platforms including Crocs.com, wholesale e-tail partners, and marketplaces. The expectation is for the Americas digital business to grow to over $1 billion in sales within the next 2-3 years. The VP will balance execution with innovation, informing and implementing multi-year strategic plans that align with the company's financial strategies to foster the continued evolution and growth of the ecommerce business. In this role, the VP will identify and prioritize growth strategies in collaboration with senior regional commerce peers and customer-facing teams across all channels and business models. This includes both new and existing strategies that align with the brand's sustainable digital growth objectives. The VP will manage teams located in Brazil and the U.S., with potential for further expansion. They will also work closely with regional ecommerce peers in Asia and EMEA to implement and share best practices for scalable growth. The VP will assess current systems, processes, and talent to identify opportunities for improvement, ensuring that performance insights are captured and real-time regional customer trends are incorporated into decision-making. As a leader, the VP will provide inclusive leadership, guidance, and direction to their teams, fostering a high-performance culture through open communication, mentoring, and effective performance management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the digital commerce strategy for the Americas region.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in strategy-focused eCommerce roles.
  • B2C expertise in both corporate and entrepreneurial environments.
  • Experience in high growth environments.
  • Ability to think and act like an owner in a matrixed environment.
  • Global experience preferred.
  • Strong collaboration skills and a desire to support the growth of others.
  • Self-aware, enthusiastic, and passionate about the role.
