The Vice President, Digital Commerce Americas is a pivotal role reporting to the Head of Global Digital Commerce at Crocs. This position is responsible for overseeing the digital commerce strategy within the Americas, which is Crocs' largest region, generating approximately $500 million in net digital sales across various platforms including Crocs.com, wholesale e-tail partners, and marketplaces. The digital business in this region is projected to grow to over $1 billion in sales within the next 2-3 years. The Vice President will balance execution with innovation, informing and implementing multi-year strategic plans that align with the company's financial strategies to guide the ongoing evolution and growth of the ecommerce business. This role requires anticipating future consumer trends and leveraging market developments to trial and test new ecommerce concepts and technologies, incorporating findings to refine the strategic path forward. In this role, the Vice President will have ownership of the eCommerce P&L and will lead a team of 25 professionals across onsite merchandising, digital marketing, and e-tail, with additional responsibilities for digital merchandising. The individual will be tasked with identifying and prioritizing growth strategies in close collaboration with senior regional commerce peers and other stakeholders across all channels and business models, ensuring sustainable digital growth that aligns with the brand's values and positioning. The Vice President will also manage a team in the U.S. while identifying further expansion opportunities. This leader will work closely with regional ecommerce peers in Asia and EMEA to implement and share best practices for continued scaled growth, engaging in high-level strategic discussions while also understanding the tactical execution processes. Additionally, the Vice President will assess current systems, processes, and talent to identify opportunities for strengthening operations, ensuring feedback loops on performance insights, and capturing real-time regional customer trends and data to inform ecommerce decision-making in the Americas. Utilizing global shared services teams, including Product Management, Consumer Experience, Analytics, Customization, Digital Brand Commerce, and Development & Ops, the Vice President will assist in the ongoing assessment of practices and the evaluation of innovative ideas that can significantly impact ecommerce performance. As a leader, this individual will provide inclusive leadership, guidance, and direction to their teams, fostering a high-performance culture through open communication, mentoring, and effective performance management.
