About the position

The position is for a Fraud Prevention Product General Manager at Pixalate, an online trust and safety platform. The role involves leading the Fraud Prevention product suite, utilizing analytical skills to drive product features and updates, and collaborating with various teams to enhance fraud detection and prevention capabilities. The candidate will represent the company in industry discussions and support sales efforts by demonstrating product features to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Be the Fraud Prevention product Suite 'GM'
  • Analyze vast amounts of data to draw conclusions and identify global correlations and patterns
  • Collaborate with the data science team to implement new fraud detection and prevention algorithms
  • Work with the Product Operations team to plan and release regular product updates
  • Drive documentation, launches, GTM plan, positioning, and messaging for the product
  • Build, maintain, prioritize, and communicate product roadmap/strategy for stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the product marketing team on messaging and value proposition
  • Engage with media journalists and industry analysts for product briefings and reports
  • Support Sales and Business Development in presenting product roadmap and demoing new features
  • Represent the company on industry panels and in cross-company initiatives such as IAB, MRC, and TAG

Requirements

  • Expertise and deep knowledge within online fraud in its many forms (e.g., advertising fraud, payment fraud, botnets, phishing attacks)
  • Minimum 5+ years developing widely adopted B2B SaaS Enterprise Products with fraud detection and prevention capabilities
  • Proficient in SQL and querying data warehouses
  • Solid understanding of fundamental computer networking concepts and technologies (e.g., IP stack, HTTP, IP addressing (V4/V6), DNS, Web Proxies)
  • Solid understanding of the mobile ecosystem and its challenges for fraud detection
  • Expertise in latest market trends in Enterprise Security and knowledge of best practices
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or relevant engineering degree
  • Understanding of botnet architectures, exploit kits, and malware
  • A 'do-whatever-it-takes' attitude to accomplish tasks, including travel on short notice
