About the position

The Vice President of Enterprise Product Management at Broadridge is responsible for driving product growth and evolving the ways of working within the organization. This role involves collaboration with senior product and technology leaders to develop strategies and processes that lead to the creation of innovative products. The position is hybrid, allowing for both in-office and remote work, and emphasizes a culture of empowerment and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop ongoing strategies and processes for building innovative products.
• Collaborate with product and technology leaders to translate strategies into actions and drive initiatives forward.
• Design and support proof-of-concepts and frameworks for the Product Development Life Cycle.
• Identify and deploy tools and processes, including AI-driven solutions, to enhance product development.
• Develop best-practice product training in partnership with the Global Learning and Development group.
• Provide communication and transparency on initiatives to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior leaders and industry networks.
• Lead and deliver key projects as requested.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a top-ranked university; graduate degree is a plus.
• Experience in product management or strategy management consulting, preferably in financial services or technology sectors.
• Familiarity with Agile development concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to drive and influence initiatives independently at all levels of the organization.
• Experience managing teams is helpful.
