The VP, Group Creative Director (Art) at EVERSANA INTOUCH is a senior leadership role responsible for driving creative excellence across multiple brands and therapeutic categories. The VP, GCD will leverage extensive industry experience to produce strategic, award-winning campaigns while fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture.

Responsibilities

  • Drive creative strategy and execution for a group of brands, ensuring high-quality deliverables across various media.
  • Review and create creative briefs that align with brand objectives and strategic goals.
  • Present original creative ideas confidently, supported by strategic rationale and insights.
  • Collaborate with account management and project management teams to understand client needs and brand objectives.
  • Engage with key stakeholders at critical milestones in the creative process to ensure alignment and quality.
  • Identify and create opportunities for innovative campaigns and initiatives that resonate with target audiences.
  • Track team performance against billability goals and manage staffing effectively to optimize resources.
  • Lead creative teams to secure new business wins through compelling storytelling and strategic collaboration.
  • Oversee production processes for TV and print shoots, ensuring smooth execution and high standards.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of growth and learning within the creative team.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in a creative leadership role within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven ability to produce strategic, business-building, and award-winning creative work.
  • Strong client relationship management skills and experience in HCP and DTC marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire creative teams, driving high-quality output and innovation.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to persuade and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
