Responsibilities

• Manage the complex and dynamic relationship with large technology partners to deliver innovative total IT solutions to customers and impact revenue growth.
• Act as the business owner and leader to drive a large cross-company and cross-functional team to delight customers and enable Supermicro's green computing technology globally.
• Multi-task and prioritize effectively, solving problems with a sense of urgency.
• Leverage a strong technical background and experience in IT and data center environments, particularly with server and storage products.

Requirements

• Bachelors' or Masters' degree in engineering or business discipline; computer science, computer engineering, or electrical engineering preferred.
• 17+ years in the IT or semiconductor industry with experience in product/program/project management, FAE, technology alliance, business development, or technology/solution enablement.
• Experience in accelerator-based computing such as GPUs and FPGAs is a strong plus.
• Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and marketing skills.
• Strong executive presence with a track record of winning.
