The VP Head of Growth is a visionary, natural leader, who prioritizes and leads all new business strategies for the agency. The VP will instill a win or learn mentality among the team, track progress against plans and budgets, and create a culture of aggressive growth within the agency. Additionally, the role involves closing new business deals, representing the full suite of Arc capabilities, and collaborating in broader Publicis Groupe pitches. The VP must be an expert in current and future industry trends, drive holistic marketing, build a library of selling assets, cultivate business relationships, and develop a collaborative business development team.
