About The Position

The Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Applications at Visa will lead the strategic vision for Human Resources Technology and Corporate Technologies. Requirements

  • 12+ years of work experience with a bachelor's degree or 10+ years with an advanced degree or 8+ years with a PhD.
  • Extensive corporate and packaged application knowledge in organizations with over 5000 employees.
  • Experience planning, designing, and implementing efficient business and system solutions for HR functions.
  • Experience deploying ERP level applications in global corporations.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities with minimal direction and adjust to changing requirements.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with experience leading global teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to explain technology strategy to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to drive consensus across global technology and business partners.
  • Sound judgment, high ethical standards, and effective collaboration with all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing technology strategies and roadmaps to meet business objectives.
  • Leading a growth organization by hiring, training, and maintaining high-performing teams.

  • Researching HR best practices and applying them across the HR business and technology landscape.
  • Overseeing preparations of business cases and needs analysis for HR applications.
  • Developing an integration strategy for cohesive user interfaces and information sources.
  • Coordinating with functional and technical staff on system-related projects and initiatives.
  • Providing leadership and oversight to large transformational programs across functional teams and vendors.
  • Mentoring and managing a team of business analysts, process analysts, software engineers, and support resources globally.
  • Keeping executive management informed of progress and obstacles through status reports and presentations.
  • Managing workforce plans, budget development, tracking, and forecasting.
