About the position

The VP, Marketing and Medical Education at Noah Medical will lead the strategic direction for Downstream Marketing, Medical Education, and Sales Training functions. This role is pivotal in shaping the commercial strategy and driving growth for innovative robotic imaging and biopsy technology. The VP will collaborate with various teams to enhance product commercialization and foster a culture of excellence and innovation within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction and mentorship to Downstream Marketing, Medical Education, and Sales Training functions.
  • Empower teams to achieve ambitious goals and drive innovation.
  • Cultivate a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Develop marketing efforts for each step of the customer acquisition process.
  • Champion a customer-centric mindset within the team.
  • Shape and execute company and product brand strategies.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive commercial and go-to-market strategies.
  • Lead digital marketing, social media, and PR initiatives.
  • Forge strategic partnerships with media outlets and industry leaders.
  • Direct the development and management of sales tools and creative assets.
  • Lead the strategic dissemination of scientific papers and presentations.
  • Manage relationships with marketing agencies and external partners.
  • Develop and execute event strategies for brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Drive integrated medical education planning across the organization.
  • Engage with surgeons to capture customer insights for educational programs.
  • Oversee development and execution of faculty engagement strategies.
  • Manage multiple education training centers and scale programs to meet demand.
  • Ensure initial sales training hires receive comprehensive product training.
  • Design course curriculums focused on driving actionable behavior and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in downstream marketing and education roles within the medical device industry.
  • Experience in multiple functions of a commercial medical device organization.
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic mindset to anticipate market trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
  • Willingness to travel 30-40% as needed.
