About the position

The Marketing Technology Digital Operations Manager at Wintrust is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Adobe Campaign Classic marketing automation platform and managing website updates for over 80 different sites using Adobe Experience Manager. This role serves as a subject matter expert in marketing automation and website authoring, supporting Corporate Marketing and various business areas. The manager will collaborate with IT and business partners to enhance digital marketing efforts, ensuring operational excellence and effective communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support Corporate Marketing and other business areas through the creation and deployment of multichannel marketing content authoring campaigns and ad hoc emails.
• Track delivery metrics and enhance Adobe Experience Manager capabilities while monitoring daily operational responsibilities related to the application.
• Manage the Consent Management Platform, OneTrust, to facilitate opt-in, opt-outs, and consent tracking.
• Act as the subject matter expert for Adobe Experience Manager and Campaign Classic platforms, providing informed decisions based on best practices.
• Provide leadership, training, and guidance to junior resources in marketing content authoring and automation.
• Direct complex projects, ensuring implementation and execution of project and performance criteria.
• Facilitate development of cross-LOB solutions that combine business processes and technological options.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in content authoring and marketing automation.
• 5-7 years of leadership experience in managing large-scale development projects.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all management levels.
• Proficient in problem-solving across multiple environments in a business area.
• Significant experience in new computing architectures and web platforms development.

• Experience with digital marketing best practices and campaign testing.
