About the position

The Vice President of Marketing at ARS-Rescue Rooter is responsible for leading data-driven marketing strategies aimed at achieving annual revenue and profit goals through performance media channels. This remote role requires collaboration with the Chief Marketing Officer and other leadership to align media investments with broader marketing strategies, while also managing relationships with internal teams and external media partners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on all Marketing KPIs including volume, conversion, and profit through performance media channels.
• Leverage analytics and metrics to inform decisions and guide marketing strategies, continuously monitoring performance data to optimize media channels.
• Oversee the performance media team and agency partnerships across channels (Video, Audio, and Print), ensuring alignment with financial and operational targets.
• Partner with Field Operations, Marketing Analytics, and Finance to improve returns on media investments.
• Cultivate a culture of innovation by regularly testing and implementing new media channels, audiences, offers/promotions, and creative.
• Work with the creative team to develop messaging that achieves both demand generation and customer acquisition goals.
• Ensure high standards in marketing by keeping internal and external partners on-strategy and process.

Requirements

• Proven experience in leading marketing strategies with a focus on performance media.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and optimize marketing efforts.
• Experience in managing media teams and agency partnerships across various channels.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with operations, analytics, and finance teams.
• Demonstrated ability to innovate and implement new marketing strategies and channels.
