About the position

As the Vice President of Marketing Operations at BMG, you will be instrumental in developing the global infrastructure that supports audience development, CRM, and advertising strategies. This role involves designing and implementing tools and systems that enhance marketing success while ensuring compliance with global privacy regulations. You will lead the global advertising team and drive innovation and operational efficiency across marketing platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of the global infrastructure for audience technology and CRM.
  • Identify and partner with external vendors to source best-in-class technology solutions that scale globally.
  • Develop advanced attribution models and integrate tools that provide granular insights into campaign performance.
  • Implement and optimize CRM and audience technology systems, ensuring they are scalable and intuitive.
  • Lead the global advertising team, ensuring a forward-thinking approach in digital media strategy.
  • Oversee advertising initiatives, ensuring optimal targeting and real-time ad delivery across various digital platforms.
  • Ensure all data collection and processing adheres to GDPR and other global data privacy regulations.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team, empowering them to think creatively in audience development and advertising.
  • Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to enhance audience engagement and marketing performance.
  • Lead and optimize comprehensive email and SMS marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in designing, sourcing, and implementing CRM and audience development infrastructure.
  • Proven experience managing marketing technologies at a global scale.
  • In-depth knowledge of GDPR and global data privacy regulations.
  • Proficiency in API integration, CRM systems, attribution models, and marketing technology stacks.
  • Ability to develop long-term strategies for audience engagement and advertising.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of building and scaling teams.

  • Experience in leveraging AI-based ad solutions for personalized optimizations.
