The Marketing Technology Digital Operations Manager serves as a subject matter expert in marketing automation and website authoring operations to support multiple business areas, primarily Corporate Marketing. This role is accountable for the day-to-day operations of the Adobe Campaign Classic marketing automation platform, creating marketing automation campaigns, and supporting the continued enhancement of the platform. Additionally, the manager will oversee website updates and operations for Wintrust's 80+ different websites leveraging Adobe Experience Manager, focusing on content authoring and management of the Content Authoring team. Collaboration with the Website Software Engineering Manager and their teams is essential to develop and manage a roadmap for Application Development, although traditional development work falls outside the scope of this role. The Marketing Technology Digital Operations Manager will work closely with team members, business resources, and stakeholders across the enterprise to support digital marketing efforts. This position requires maintaining in-depth knowledge of business operations, strategies, information requirements, and priorities to build positive partnerships across the client enterprise. The manager will drive initial customer needs analyses, ensure customer requests align with IT's technical direction, prioritize needs enterprise-wide, and participate in the development of annual and long-term system plans. Proactively identifying opportunities to apply technologies to business processes is a key responsibility. The manager will inform and advise customers on information systems technologies, their functionalities, benefits, risks, and implementation requirements. This includes facilitating priority setting and brokering contracts on behalf of customers. The role demands developing and maintaining credibility and effective working relations with both customer management and IT personnel, demonstrating an understanding of business problems, IT strategies, issues, and priorities.
