About the position

The Vice President of National Sales at One Medical will be a key member of the OM4B senior leadership team, responsible for managing direct selling teams and existing managers across various Enterprise Sales segments. This role is crucial for achieving One Medical's growth and financial objectives, focusing on delivering affordable and convenient access to primary care. The VP will oversee the sales performance of the team, mentor new and existing members, and contribute to the evolution of the go-to-market strategy, including the introduction of new product offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and direct the sales activity for each enterprise sales segment at a national level.
  • Onboard, manage, and mentor new and existing members of the national Enterprise Sales team.
  • Develop a high-performing field sales organization through the formulation of a sales methodology and consistent approach by each representative.
  • Execute territory sales plans and ensure adherence to record-keeping in the OM4B CRM.
  • Hire new sales representatives and develop sales managers as the team expands.
  • Drive new enterprise sales across assigned geographies.

Requirements
