About the position

The VP of Digital Marketing at Allied Development presents a unique opportunity to leverage your data-driven digital marketing expertise within a pioneering real estate development firm. This role is pivotal in driving lead generation efforts targeting landowners eager to sell their properties through various outreach strategies, including cold email, text, call, and direct mail. Additionally, the position encompasses the responsibility of generating interest among entrepreneurs who wish to understand the daily operations within the Land Development sector through media buying and outreach programs. The VP will also oversee the social media and public relations departments, ensuring cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms. In this role, you will be tasked with growing the Land Acquisition Cold Outreach and Education Programs, which include initiatives such as cold emailing, texting, AI-driven cold calling, and direct mail campaigns. You will manage the corporate website, including landing pages and funnels, while also overseeing the public relations department and social media team. Your responsibilities will extend to managing copywriting, video editing, graphic design, and the execution of webinars and presentations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in direct response advertising, particularly in creating effective landing pages and funnels. Experience in cold B2B and B2C marketing strategies, including email, SMS, direct mail, and cold calling, is essential. A solid foundation in digital marketing, encompassing funnels, ads, and conversion rate optimization (CRO), is required. You will also need to demonstrate proficiency in CRM management, particularly with systems like GoHighLevel, and have a proven track record in leading creative and technical teams. Stellar communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills are crucial, along with hands-on managerial abilities that balance strategic planning with execution.

Requirements

  • Previous experience leading a team of creative and technical professionals
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on managerial and leadership skills
  • Experience in project and priority management
  • Strategic planning experience
  • B2B and complex CRM experience preferred
