As the Vice President of Marketing and Customer Experience at AION Management LLC, you will play a pivotal role in leading the sales and marketing team to enhance the company's market presence and drive growth. This position requires a strategic thinker who can oversee lead generation, brand presentation across various platforms, including social media and websites, and manage public relations within the Property Management division. You will be responsible for shaping innovative marketing strategies, supervising corporate sales and marketing teams, and ensuring consistent branding across all channels. Your role will also involve developing, maintaining, and enhancing strategic marketing initiatives both externally and internally. In this capacity, you will oversee all marketing and sales activities, which include lead generation, presentations, contract negotiation, and brand presentation. You will manage the corporate brand strategy from initiation to launch, develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Staying abreast of the latest technology and trends in the industry, as well as monitoring competitors' activities, will be crucial to your success. You will supervise corporate sales and marketing personnel, coordinate the completion of RFPs, negotiate contracts, and oversee market research to analyze effectiveness and track competitors. Collaboration will be key in this role, as you will work closely with the Training Department and Property Operations to address sales training needs for site teams. Utilizing CRMs to track and analyze critical data, manage sales cycle time, and develop key performance indicators for sales performance evaluation will be part of your responsibilities. You will provide performance feedback and coaching to the sales team, conduct sales meetings, and distribute company sales goals to regional levels. Additionally, you will lead the planning and development of marketing materials, oversee social media and online advertising campaigns, and ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms. Your role will also involve managing corporate and property marketing expenditures and developing KPIs to report on the results of marketing efforts to the Management Company team.
