About The Position
It is an exciting time at AppZen and we have a new opportunity for a VP of Operations (GTM/Revenue)! This role will drive critical cross-functional operational ownership for collaboration, systems, processes, metrics and reporting, and operational efficiencies across the organization. You will serve as the connective tissue across the organization to ensure stakeholders can successfully execute on integrated projects and operational plans between business units in alignment with AppZen's strategic goals. This role will report to our Senior Vice-President of Global Field Operations. Specifically, the VP of Operations (GTM/Revenue) will be responsible for managing operations across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Business Operations and Finance/FP&A with a team of direct and indirect reports. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, implementing and optimizing programs and processes, and ensuring smooth functioning of business functions.
