About The Position

The Vice President of Operations at Anything Possible Brands (APB) is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing all operational functions within the company. This position plays a crucial role in driving the company's growth by managing supply chain operations, purchasing, distribution, inventory management, and quality assurance. The VP of Operations will work closely with the executive team to shape strategic initiatives and ensure operational efficiency, quality, and profitability improvements. The ideal candidate will be a modern leader with a strong analytical mindset, capable of optimizing processes and driving significant revenue growth.

Requirements

• 10+ years of operational leadership experience in a consumer goods company.
• Proven experience managing a global supply chain with a focus on sourcing from China.
• Demonstrated success in leading quality programs and driving improvements in product quality.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a focus on agility in operations.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage operational budgets.

• Experience with AI and data analytics in operational contexts.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced technology tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead all operational functions, including supply chain management, purchasing, distribution, sourcing, inventory control, and quality assurance.
• Manage demand and supply planning (SIOP) meetings to ensure accurate purchasing and optimized inventory levels.
• Act as a strategic advisor to the executive team, contributing to company-wide growth initiatives and long-term business planning.
• Negotiate supplier agreements and manage supplier relationships, focusing on quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and implement a quality program to address product quality issues and ensure end-to-end product integrity.
• Improve order fill rates and enhance operational flexibility to respond to market demand.
• Lead cost-saving initiatives across the supply chain and manage risk proactively.
• Leverage technology and analytics to monitor and optimize operational performance.
• Continuously analyze operational metrics and investigate performance variances to develop solutions.
• Engage deeply in day-to-day operations to provide actionable insights and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational strategies with company goals.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for operations and provide updates to the executive team.
