About the position

This senior leadership position requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in operations management, project management, and business development, specifically in the Mechanical or Construction world. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, implementing process improvements, and ensuring that all operational activities align with the company's strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the operations team to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational performance and achieve business objectives.
• Oversee project management initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Negotiate contracts and partnerships that support business growth and operational efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices across all areas of operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational strategies with overall business goals.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Foster a culture of leadership, accountability, and teamwork within the operations department.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in senior leadership roles, preferably within operations or related fields.
• Proven expertise in strategic planning, project management, and operations management.
• Strong background in business development with a focus on driving growth through innovative solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively, manage diverse groups, and inspire high performance.
• Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract management.
• Experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is highly desirable.
