About the position

Raycon is seeking an experienced VP of Operations to lead the development of a world-class operations infrastructure to support the company's rapid growth in both domestic and international markets. This role involves overseeing daily operations, optimizing processes, and enhancing customer service to ensure a seamless operational experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, operational excellence, and analytics, with a focus on improving unit economics and streamlining infrastructure to facilitate sales and marketing opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Enhance international eCommerce infrastructure and optimize unit economics.
• Source and launch new 3PLs in international regions with streamlined processes.
• Develop and systemize cost improvements with manufacturers.
• Reduce return impacts through improved operational processes and customer interactions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, retail, CPG, consulting, or finance.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Shopify and Amazon.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Netsuite.
• Direct experience with international eCommerce and product regulations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
