About the position

The Vice President of Sales at Unlimit is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth for the company's cryptocurrency platform. This position involves building and scaling the enterprise sales function, focusing on technical integration partnerships and API-driven solutions within the fintech space. The VP of Sales will lead a high-performing sales team, establish key relationships in the industry, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to align offerings with market demands.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to accelerate market adoption of the cryptocurrency payments platform across key verticals
  • Building and leading a high-performing enterprise sales team focused on complex, technical sales cycles
  • Establishing and maintaining strategic relationships with key decision-makers in the cryptocurrency and fintech ecosystems
  • Collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to align the technical roadmap with market demands and customer needs
  • Creating and implementing sales processes that effectively support API-driven integration sales
  • Providing regular forecasting, pipeline analysis, and revenue projections to executive leadership
  • Representing the company at industry events and maintaining thought leadership in the cryptocurrency payments space.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, with at least 5 years leading enterprise software/API sales teams
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets and scaling sales organizations
  • Extensive network and established relationships within the cryptocurrency and fintech industries
  • Deep understanding of cryptocurrency payment systems, blockchain technology, and related regulatory environment
  • Experience selling technical integration solutions and API products to enterprise clients
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and articulate complex integration requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
