About the position

The VP of Sales for Digital Adoption Solutions at Nexthink is a senior executive role responsible for leading the sales strategy and execution for the company's Adopt offering. This position requires a results-driven leader with extensive experience in enterprise software sales, particularly in digital adoption platforms. The VP will oversee a cross-functional team, develop global sales strategies, and drive revenue growth while ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong executive relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales goals and targets for the Adopt solution globally on a quarterly basis
  • Lead a team to prospect, identify, qualify, and develop sales pipeline
  • Develop a global strategy and plan to grow the Adopt ARR
  • Leverage the wider Nexthink organization and customer base in support of growth
  • Take a consultative approach with customers to drive the Nexthink Adopt solution
  • Lead the team to develop new sales opportunities in greenfield territories
  • Manage sales process and opportunity closure
  • Build effective executive-level relationships to create growth opportunities
  • Work closely with the Professional Services team to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Sell a complete solution of software, services, and support
  • Collaborate with Marketing for seminars, trade shows, and other events
  • Provide input on the evolution of the Adopt solution and strategy
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain a high-performing team
  • Deliver revenue targets consistently
  • Forecast quarterly and annual revenue numbers accurately
  • Direct global sales activities and mentor the team
  • Train the team on a clear sales process
  • Develop and execute plans to embed the Nexthink Adopt solution for Digital Transformation
  • Navigate customer organizational structures to develop strategic C-level relationships
  • Prepare and present business reviews to senior management
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience selling enterprise SAAS solutions
  • Background in consultative selling into HR, Applications, or BI
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of overachievement
  • Strong desire to be successful and disciplined in managing time and resources
  • Ability to learn quickly and establish credibility
  • Experience in selling within a broader Partner Ecosystem
  • Ability to thrive in a growing and evolving culture
  • Curiosity for uncovering and addressing customer needs
  • Affinity for solving customer challenges with innovative technology
  • Knowledge of Digital Adoption Platforms
  • Experience selling disruptive technology
  • Experience building out enterprise sales teams
  • Excellent leadership and influencing skills
  • Skilled at business planning and measuring progress
  • Experience with target account selling and consultative sales techniques
  • Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree; MBA a plus
  • Experience working with product teams
