About The Position

The Vice President of Supply Chain will oversee and optimize the end-to-end supply chain for beverage manufacturing operations and associated co-manufacturing operations. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality production and distribution of products. The VP will lead teams across procurement, production planning, logistics, and distribution to drive supply chain excellence and support the company's growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in the beverage or consumer goods industry.
• Proven track record of leading supply chain transformation and optimization initiatives.
• Experience with procurement, logistics, production planning, and inventory management.
• Strong strategic thinking and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
• Expertise in demand forecasting, production scheduling, and inventory management.
• Proficiency with supply chain management software and ERP systems, with Netsuite being a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the supply chain strategy aligned with the company's overall business goals.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize cost, quality, and delivery across the entire supply chain.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and negotiate favorable contracts.
• Work closely with manufacturing teams to forecast demand, schedule production, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Optimize inventory levels and implement best practices in storage, handling, and inventory control.
• Oversee the transportation and distribution network, ensuring efficient and cost-effective movement of goods.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance to develop accurate demand forecasts and production schedules.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team.
• Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Leverage technology and data analytics to enhance supply chain visibility and decision-making.
• Drive sustainability in sourcing, production, and logistics.
