About the position
The Vice President of Support Services at SIHF Healthcare is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing grants, clinical services, and marketing operations. This position ensures that operations are customer-focused and compliant with established benchmarks. The VP will lead strategic planning, marketing initiatives, and service line management while fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Oversee program and divisional planning aligned with SIHF Healthcare's strategic plan.
- Develop and implement business plans and yearly objectives for assigned services.
- Guide the design and implementation of a marketing strategy consistent with the organization's vision and mission.
- Participate in planning and development of annual service line plans and clinical protocols.
- Ensure compliance with budget targets and operational policies.
- Lead service and program teams by coaching and mentoring staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a health or business-related discipline is highly preferred.
- Minimum of four years of management or supervisory experience in a healthcare organization is required.
- Substantial management experience in financial and operational planning is necessary.
- Experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures is required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in managed care or ambulatory care settings is preferred.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry trends impacting population health is beneficial.
