Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term technology vision and strategies to support company growth.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with business priorities.
• Keep abreast of emerging technology trends and identify opportunities for innovation.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing technology team.
• Drive initiatives in talent development, including training and succession planning.
• Partner with product teams to enhance product offerings through new technology solutions.
• Lead the research, development, and implementation of innovative tech solutions.
• Optimize and scale technology operations to support business growth.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Manage the technology budget and allocate resources effectively.
• Act as a key liaison between technology and other departments, ensuring effective communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• MBA or master's degree in technology or management preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in engineering, IT, data science, and product management.
• Strong knowledge of software development, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data management.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
