About the position

The VP Partner Marketing at Fiserv is responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that enhances the company's presence in the restaurant, service, and retail sectors. This role involves conducting market research, overseeing targeted marketing campaigns, collaborating with various teams, and positioning Fiserv as a thought leader in merchant solutions. The VP will also establish KPIs to measure success, lead a high-performing marketing team, and communicate with executive leadership about marketing performance and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement a comprehensive industry marketing strategy that aligns with Fiserv's overall goals.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
  • Oversee the development and execution of targeted marketing campaigns tailored to the unique needs of each industry.
  • Collaborate with product management, sales, and other marketing teams to ensure consistency in messaging.
  • Position Fiserv as a thought leader in the merchant solutions space by developing industry-specific content and engagement programs.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of industry marketing initiatives.
  • Build and lead a high-performing industry marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Regularly communicate with executive leadership and key stakeholders on industry marketing performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 12+ years of experience in a marketing function
  • B2B & B2C experience
  • 7+ years' experience managing a high performing team
  • Experience with the restaurant, services or retail industry marketing strategies
  • Experience in digital marketing, content marketing, and traditional marketing methods
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time and work weekends/evenings as necessary.
