The VP, People Operations & Insights at Pinterest is a strategic leadership role focused on enhancing operational excellence, data analytics, and HR technology solutions. Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team and People Leadership Team to develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for data, insights, analytics, HR technology, and operations.
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team of data scientists, analysts, HR technology specialists, and operations professionals.
  • Streamline and enhance HR operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Develop and implement standardized processes and best practices for HR operations and data management.
  • Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve operational performance.
  • Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to provide actionable insights that support business objectives.
  • Lead the development and deployment of advanced analytics solutions to solve complex business problems.
  • Drive the selection, implementation, and optimization of HR technology solutions.
  • Partner with executive leadership and key stakeholders to understand business needs and align data, analytics, and HR technology strategies accordingly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in operations leadership, HR insights, and analytics.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing HR programs, policies, and initiatives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and clear communication skills.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $300,000—$450,000 USD.
  • Equity eligibility.
