About the position

The VP, People Operations & Insights at Pinterest is a strategic leadership role focused on enhancing operational excellence, data analytics, and HR technology solutions. This position collaborates with HR leaders to align HR strategies with Pinterest's business objectives, driving insights and improving employee experience. The role involves leading a high-performing team, streamlining HR operations, and implementing data-driven decision-making processes to support organizational health and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team and People Leadership Team to develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for data, insights, analytics, HR technology, and operations.
• Lead and inspire a high-performing team of data scientists, analysts, HR technology specialists, and operations professionals.
• Streamline and enhance HR operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
• Develop and implement standardized processes and best practices for HR operations and data management.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve operational performance.
• Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to provide actionable insights that support business objectives.
• Lead the development and deployment of advanced analytics solutions to solve complex business problems.
• Drive the selection, implementation, and optimization of HR technology solutions.
• Partner with executive leadership and key stakeholders to understand business needs and align data, analytics, and HR technology strategies accordingly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in operations leadership, HR insights, and analytics.
• Proven track record of success in developing and implementing HR programs, policies, and initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and clear communication skills.

Benefits

• Base salary range of $300,000—$450,000 USD.
• Equity eligibility.
