About the position

The Vice President of Product Marketing & Enablement at Skai will lead the development and execution of the company's go-to-market strategy and enablement programs. This senior leadership role requires extensive experience in product marketing and enablement, particularly within the digital advertising landscape. The VP will be responsible for building a high-performing product marketing organization, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and empowering teams and clients with the necessary knowledge and tools to drive market impact and success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a holistic product marketing and enablement strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Create compelling messaging and value propositions for Skai's solutions.
  • Execute go-to-market strategies for product and partner launches, client acquisition, and expansion.
  • Drive the vision and execution of enablement programs, including curriculum and training for internal and external audiences.
  • Oversee client training initiatives to ensure effective use of Skai's solutions.
  • Lead internal training for the revenue organization, focusing on Skai's value proposition and product features.
  • Conduct market and customer research to inform product positioning and strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing, with a proven leadership track record in a high-growth environment.
  • Extensive experience in enablement and managing training programs.
  • Knowledge of the adtech industry, particularly retail media.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate strategy into action.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in creating scalable processes and building high-performing teams.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Expertise in managing learning management systems (LMS) and curriculum development.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in commerce and retail media is a significant plus.
  • Adaptability and versatility in managing multiple responsibilities.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range of $190,000 - $220,000.
  • Eligibility for additional bonus compensation.
