About the position

As the VP of Product Marketing & Sales Enablement at Fiserv, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing strategies specifically designed for our Money Network business. Fiserv is a global leader in Fintech and payments, facilitating millions of transactions daily, and your contributions will directly impact our ability to simplify payment processes and optimize costs for our clients. This position requires a strategic mindset and a deep understanding of the prepaid industry, as you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of integrated marketing plans that align with our business objectives and growth strategies across various segments including government, corporate, and consumer markets. In this role, you will strategically monitor and analyze sales channel performance to identify optimization opportunities, devising initiatives that drive revenue growth and enhance market penetration. You will spearhead innovative demand generation strategies through data-driven marketing campaigns aimed at customer acquisition, engagement, and retention within the Money Network segment. Additionally, you will develop and execute strategic cardholder campaigns that influence spending behaviors and contribute to long-term customer loyalty and revenue generation goals. Your responsibilities will also include driving the creation of impactful sales and marketing materials that effectively communicate unique product value propositions to target audiences. You will oversee the development and design of Cardholder Agreements and other collateral, ensuring compliance while enhancing brand credibility and market positioning. Establishing and enforcing comprehensive branding standards will be crucial to maintaining a consistent and impactful brand presence across all marketing materials and communications.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic development and execution of integrated marketing plans in alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing and sales enablement or related roles.
  • 10+ years of experience in the prepaid industry.
  • Experience in the financial industry or related sectors.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape in the fintech industry.
  • Certification in product marketing or sales enablement.
