About the position

The VP of Product Marketing & Sales Enablement at Fiserv is a pivotal role that focuses on leading and executing comprehensive marketing strategies specifically tailored for the Money Network business. This position is integral to simplifying the payments process and optimizing costs for clients through 100% electronic payment delivery. Fiserv's extensive portfolio of solutions supports over 2.9 million cardholders nationwide, facilitating transactions exceeding $20 billion annually. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning marketing initiatives with overarching business objectives and growth strategies across government, corporate, and consumer segments. In this role, the VP will strategically monitor and analyze sales channel performance to identify optimization opportunities, devising initiatives that drive revenue growth and enhance market penetration. The position requires spearheading innovative demand generation strategies through data-driven marketing campaigns aimed at customer acquisition, engagement, and retention within the Money Network segment. Additionally, the VP will develop and execute strategic cardholder campaigns that influence desired behaviors and contribute to long-term customer loyalty and revenue generation goals. The role also involves driving the creation of impactful sales and marketing materials that effectively communicate unique product value propositions to target audiences. The VP will oversee the development and design of Cardholder Agreements and other collateral, ensuring compliance while enhancing brand credibility and market positioning. Establishing and enforcing comprehensive branding standards and guidelines is essential to maintain a consistent and impactful brand presence across all marketing materials and communications.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic development and execution of integrated marketing plans aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing and sales enablement or related roles.
  • 10+ years of experience in the prepaid industry.
  • Experience in the financial industry or related sectors.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape in the fintech industry.
