About the position

The Vice President of Global Product Marketing at Procore Technologies is responsible for leading the development and execution of the Go-To-Market strategy, positioning, messaging, pricing, and product launches. This role aims to differentiate Procore in the market and communicate the strategic vision of the Procore platform's value to construction professionals. The VP will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective planning and execution of product marketing strategies, while also being a market and customer expert.

Responsibilities

  • Define and build the Global Product Marketing Strategy.
  • Drive product marketing direction for Procore, collaborating with other marketing functions.
  • Develop and own product positioning, messaging, and value propositions based on customer challenges.
  • Craft engaging audience-specific content, including case studies, solution briefs, and presentations.
  • Conduct ROI/TCO analysis and develop outcome-based content to help customers make the business case for Procore.
  • Define the go-to-market plays working closely with product, sales, and marketing counterparts.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies based on analysis of total addressable market by region, segment, and audiences.
  • Effectively integrate Product Marketing requirements into the product lifecycle framework.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and educate customers on the value Procore can provide.
  • Build meaningful relationships with customers, spending at least 30% of time meeting with them.
  • Provide input into product roadmap, corporate strategy, and pricing based on market research.
  • Work closely with sales and enablement leadership to train the field on product positioning.
  • Inspire, motivate, and grow a global team of Product Marketers.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in product marketing and related marketing functions in $1B+ B2B software companies.
  • 10+ years of management experience, with an emphasis on leadership and engaging global stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, marketing, business, or related area; MBA is a plus.
  • Experience building trusted relationships with executive sponsors and end users.
  • Experience with enterprise Software-as-a-Service offerings targeting CIO, CTO, & CEO personas.
  • Experience supporting an Integrated GTM motion that includes sales, channel, and services partners.
  • Proven track record in building and executing marketing plans in a fast-moving environment.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to explain complex technology concepts.
  • Experience and comfort with regular presentations to C-Suite and Board.
