This key role demands a creative problem solver eager to take ownership of the Play platform and its family of brands which include family and friends' games, educational toys, fantasy games, and novelty products. The successful candidate will be agile, responding proactively to the dynamic retail landscape. They'll develop profitable growth strategies to guide consumers through the purchase journey, crafting brand experiences that turn customers into loyal advocates. The Vice President of Play will lead the omnichannel go-to-market strategy for our Play platform during a transformative period. This role requires a strategic thinker who's not afraid to be hands-on. The ideal candidate will oversee marketing, brand development, product development and management, and retail marketing while collaborating closely with the eCommerce team for direct-to-consumer and Amazon strategies. The ideal candidate has proven experience in marketing and brand development and experience creating and scaling omnichannel brands.
