About the position

The VP of Product Marketing at Automation Anywhere will lead the global product marketing strategy, focusing on positioning and go-to-market efforts for AI-powered process automation solutions. This strategic role requires collaboration across various teams to enhance product awareness, drive demand, and ensure successful product launches, while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the marketing team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a team of product marketers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive awareness, demand, and adoption of products.
  • Collaborate closely with product management, sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to define product positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation.
  • Lead market research initiatives to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights to inform product roadmap and go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop high-impact marketing collateral, including sales enablement materials, battle cards, product pitch materials, demos, website content, and thought leadership content.
  • Drive the creation of compelling content assets such as datasheets, product videos, and blog posts to educate and engage prospects and customers.
  • Partner with the demand generation and campaigns teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and accelerate pipeline growth.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully bringing software products to market, preferably in the automation or AI domain.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise software markets, buyer personas, and purchasing dynamics.
